I always talked about owning a house, however due to being on a one person income I never thought this was possible. I contacted Ian at Mor Mortgages to see if this was a possibility. Filled out a couple of quick and easy forms for him to review and within a few days he came back with the good news. He made the whole process so easy for me. We had Ian from Mor Mortgages in for mortgage review days. Its the first time we have done anything like it but it wont be the last. Ian met with all staff over 2 days at two different locations and discussed their current mortgage and protection situation. Went through any questions the staff and myself had with their mortgages and protection policies, if they had them. From the feedback received, the queries answered and the information given have really helped our team. Definitely a worthwhile exercise and one we will probably look to provide on annual basis. Really easy to use and stress free

Ian was super helpful throughout, I as a first time buyer had no idea what came with getting a mortgage and Ian took all the stress and worry out of it. In fairness coming off a long term fixed rate, we were worried about our monthly costs would rocket but we were able to minimise the increase. Superb Transparent Friendly Service

This year was the first time I needed to remortgage without moving house and Ian was superb with his advice on what was needed, I was kept upto date daily when required via Whatsapp and he was always happy to do a Zoom if it was easier to chat face to face. We were a bit nervous on this renewal due to a change in circumstances and obviously rates being higher but from the first phonecall Ian was very helpful and patient.
